Leidy Johanna Cadena
Born in Palmira - Valle del Cauca - Colombia, she is a professional in Information Systems Technology from the Universidad del Valle, with specializations in Business Administration and Management, Graphic Design and Advertising.
Founder and owner of Picasso Printed, Inc. since 2010, a company that currently operates with the mission of helping the community in the growth of their businesses at the level of advertising and image.
In 2015 she obtains her license as a Real Estate Agent and focuses on helping her clients fulfill their dream of owning a home and/or starting and growing their investment projects in Florida (USA). He works in the company Real Estate Solutions Today and with his support continues to strengthen its relationship with customers to offer them a service based on trust, professional ethics, and years of experience in this field, caring for their interests and working efficiently, always with the aim of achieving new challenges in the real estate field.
Since 2018 works as a team with Luz Silva, Realtor, with 15 years of experience in Real Estate complementing efforts in a coordinated and efficient way in order to expand the scope and quality of their services; they have strengthened their work to help the community to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the market, providing them with the different benefits so that their clients can take advantage and achieve their objectives at both personal and corporate level, related to Real Estate.
Luz Cecilia Silva
Born in Bogota - Colombia with a degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad Antonio Nariño.
He has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida since 2005. His daily goal is to combine experience with commitment and dedication, to achieve the best deal for each of his clients. She is linked to several Real Estate Companies from 2005 to 2011, where she trained and acquired more experience. From 2011 she starts working with Real Estate Solutions Today, and from then on she works mainly with Buying and Selling properties in Short Sales, helping Sellers to negotiate with Banks in order not to lose their houses in Foreclosure, and to be able to receive some money in exchange for starting somewhere else, and in this way also have a second chance to rebuild their credit. A few years later, a team begins whose purpose is to manage the properties seized by Fannie Mae, which were put back on the market for sale. It was a great experience in which he developed new skills to manage these properties, from his initial visit to see the condition of the property and make the recommendations of the case to get it ready for sale, and finally its sale. Already in the last years that the market has been normalized, he is working again with the New Construction and Investments.
All this trajectory has served him enough to see the changes that the market has suffered in only 15 years and how the economic cycles are reflected in the Real Estate Market and how they affect our State and the country in general.
From 2018 onwards, he will be working as a team with Leidy Johanna Cadena.
